Frank  Carroll
Frank Carroll is the broker of record and co-owner of BostonApartment.com and Boston Realty Net. Having worked at two companies before starting Boston Realty Net, he has experienced many different market cycles and has worked in all aspects of residential real estate. Frank is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the National Association of Realtors and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. An Accredited Buyer's Representative, Frank has a strong drive and dedication to all of his clients, customers and associates. Originally from New York City, Frank moved to MA to attend Tufts University and received a Bachelor's in English and Community Health and a Master's in Public Health from Tufts Medical School. Frank rented his first apartment in 1996 the summer after he graduated from college and worked for two companies before founding Boston Realty Net in 1999. A Back Bay resident for nine years and a South End resident since 2004, Frank enjoys yoga, skiing, running, travel, architecture, art museums, and writing.

Matt Yanosy
Matt Yanosy is a co-owner of Boston Realty Net and BostonApartment.com and started working in real estate in 1999. Originally from Shelton, CT, Matt graduated from UMass Amherst in 1997 with a degree in Environmental Science. In addition to condo sales and rentals, Matt focuses on property management, condominium conversions and renovations, construction, and building sales. Matt is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He travels to Brazil every year with his wife Carolina and his beautiful daughter Sophia. In his free time, Matt enjoys playing guitar, travel, concerts and yoga. Matt also knows conversational Portuguese.

Maggie  Slavet
Originally from Marblehead, MA, Maggie Slavet holds two degrees, a B.A. and Master's in Education, both from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Maggie is committed to her clients' specific needs and understands the challenges many people face in their search for a home for rent or for sale in Boston. Maggie is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Formerly an elementary school teacher before joining BostonApartment.com, Maggie has lived in Seattle, Providence and many parts of Massachusetts. As a mother of two, Maggie understands the needs of families seeking homes for rent and for sale. In her free time, Maggie enjoys boating, going to the beach, ice skating, traveling, reading, and following all Boston Sports teams, in particular the Red Sox & Patriots.

Clarissa  Molina
Clarissa Molina is a marketing coordinator and real estate assistant for BostonApartment.com and a part-time sales and rental agent. Originally from Guatemala , Clarissa came to Boston to study marketing and advertising at Suffolk university. During her 6 years of experience in the Boston real estate market, she has developed new marketing strategies to integrate online and social media within the industry. Her extensive background in leasing has provided her with a thorough knowledge of the rental market in Boston. A Back Bay resident for the last eight years, Clarissa enjoys running, travel, food, and playing piano. Clarissa is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Danny Allen
A New York native, Danny moved to Boston to study Entrepreneurship and Finance at Suffolk University. While at Suffolk, Danny developed a love and affection for Boston's rich charm and history. Matt Scano has B.A. from Boston University's School of Management and an MBA from Suffolk University in Marketing and International Business. A Massacushetts’ lifelong resident, Matt has lived in Back Bay for 15 years. Matt's ten years of experience in real estate has included work with investment properties, property accounting, property management, renovations, development, and sales and rentals.
